At Phone Medic, we’re proud to be the Panhandle’s go-to team for fixing phones, tablets, and computers. We take care of our neighbors across Amarillo, Canyon, Lubbock, and all the small towns in between. We’re BBB accredited, and with over 30 years of combined repair experience, there isn’t much we haven’t seen.
In early 2018, Phone Medic of Amarillo joined forces with All Star Computer Service, allowing us to offer even more services under the name PHONE MEDIC | TECHNOLOGY REPAIR & WEB MARKETING.
That same year, the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce named us the Top Emerging Business, and in 2021 the community voted us Best Mobile Device Repair in Best of Amarillo.
We expanded into Canyon in 2021, opening Phone Medic of Canyon right in the heart of downtown on the historic square — a spot that’s become a favorite for locals and WT students alike. In 2023, we continued our growth with Phone Medic of Lubbock, bringing the same reliable, hometown service to West Texas.

Meet the Phone Medic team members:
Gabe Morgan, Co-Owner
Gabriel runs on pure entrepreneurial energy. He’s our sales powerhouse, data recovery expert, and the guy who somehow operates multiple businesses — including Metropolitan Steak & Seafood — without ever slowing down. If there’s momentum in the room, he brought it.
Andrew Brandt, Co-Owner
Andrew oversees systems, financials, and technical operations for Phone Medic, as well as managing the Canyon location. A graduate of West Texas A&M University, he brings a strategic, process-driven approach to every part of the business. Outside the shop, Andrew is an award-winning author and marathon runner, always chasing the next big challenge — on the page and on the pavement.
Daylan Graham, Manager
Daylan manages our Amarillo location and leads the team in device repair, specializing in iPhones, Androids, and more. A Clarendon native, he’s been with Phone Medic since 2020 and is known for respectful customer service and a passion for gaming computers.
Dawson Reimer,
Technician
Dawson serves both our Amarillo and Canyon locations, specializing in customer support and technical service. He is an Azure- and Microsoft-certified systems administrator and also handles remote support services for clients across the Panhandle. Dawson brings reliability, deep technical knowledge, and a calm, methodical approach to every job.
JT Markum,
Technician
JT serves both our Amarillo and Canyon locations, focusing on customer support, diagnostics, and technical service. A fitness enthusiast and a finance major at WTAMU, he brings discipline and sharp problem-solving skills to every repair. JT also has a passion for building and optimizing high-performance gaming computers.
Kyle Stafford,
Technician
Kyle is our CompTIA A+ certified computer tech who splits his time between the Amarillo and Canyon shops. He’s all about helping customers, solving computer issues, and keeping systems running smoothly. As an Armed Forces veteran, Kyle approaches every job with a service-first mindset.
